Segment Description:
Due to construction on the greenway, this is an alternate option for week 4.
This is a straight-shot mile down Lyman. Start at the Amboy bridge and rip it down past the Foundation. The finish is somewhere past the paper recycling center, so we’d recommend running to 1.1 miles in order to ensure your effort is recorded.
